Steering Committee: MicroNed’s ultimate body responsible for all policy decisions is the Steering Committee, that is composed of the Directors of MicroNed’s member DFOs.
Technical Committee: The Technical Committee is composed of MicroNed’s Executive Secretary and the microfinance coordinators of MicroNed’s members. It governs the implementation of MicroNed’s activities and prepares policies and plans for approval by the Steering Committee.
Executive Secretary: The Executive Secretary is responsible for all day-to-day operations, coordination of activities, communication with and between the microfinance staff of the member organisations and all reporting.
MicroNed has selected focus countries and microfinance themes that are coordinated each by one of the MicroNed members who have appointed so-called country and theme coordinators out of their microfinance staff. You can read about this under countries and themes.
